We completely forgot about the plot drawings, but we really wanted to finish this one. It's been a difficult few months, but we're happy with the work we've done.

Fujin, reborn after his defeat in the Temple of the Elements, finds his killer with a pregnant wife (technically they are not married, but hey, Sareena is expecting a child from him, these two have been together for a long time).

Yes, we like to draw Bi Han in his MK9 skin. And yes, we like to draw pregnant Sareena in ordinary civilian clothes.

I'm going to be so real I do not understand tim & steph shippers who feel that Steph dating Tim again would save her character. You can make an argument that giving Tim a more compelling love interest would be beneficial for him! And you can at least make an argument that the fujo mischaracterization of Steph would stop. However she'd still, inevitably, be treated as a prop character/extension for someone more popular 😭 it also wouldn't make her appear in more books! Tim doesn't have many frequent appearances at the moment either! You can just say you like the couple and want them back together without acting like you have some kind of moral stance

in some ways, vaggie has the personality and risk assessment capabilities of a small furry animal

meaning everyone in hell THINKS she's the idiot chihuahua, picking fights with the local dobermans, getting metaphorically (literally?) dragged away by charlie for her own good

the twist is she's actually one of those damn weasel things, able to fuck up creatures several times her size and almost impossible to kill normally- yet STILL she's somehow picking fights waaaaay above her weight class

charlie got headaches over this in the early days, i bet. before vaggie simmered down from "don't kill kids wft" to "sinners maybe kinda redeemable actually? not for killy killy stab??"

even now though there's the vibe that, if left alone with alastor and even one less fuck to give, vaggie would be throttling him in seconds flat

this would probably not go well... sadly, once she got started, i could see her probably not noticing or caring much. imagine charlie worrying about this possibility a lot. some nights staying awake, concerned who her girlfriend might pick a fight with next, while vaggie lies fast asleep in her arms, blissfully smiling... likely dreaming of finally getting to stab somebody again like she means it <3

Tbh I have a lot of sympathy for "annoying" bi women bc basically every common annoying bi woman behaviour is the direct result of patriarchy and homophobia. Like idk, that stereotype of the bi woman who constantly asserts how gay she is and how she's attracted to all women but only like four men but somehow always ends up with a man? That's literally bc of patriarchal social pressures that make bi women habitually enter into relationships with men despite their preferences. So they feel compelled to assert those preferences constantly in order to be seen. This is very obvious to me idk what's wrong with the rest of you.

ok ill just say this i was one of the “girls” salò shit was being done to in ms like straight up movie style psychological torture type bullying and tbf i dont tend to use the phrase “female camraderie” in general or esp about myself since im a man now. but if you asked me if I’ve experienced it i would say yes for instance in the countless intimate hushed conversation in bedrooms ive had with cis, straight women (same type of girl that was torturing me in ms) bonding over shared madness inducing experiences such as being in extremely abusive relationships with men.
